Ira has represented hundreds of defendants in criminal matters against charges of sexual assault, drug distribution, assault and battery, larceny, counterfeiting and  driving under the influence.  He is a former assistant district attorney in Berkshire County and taught criminal procedure at Holyoke Community College.  He is committed to providing zealous advocacy for his clients. 

Ira has represented numerous farmers on land use issues, land conveyancing, animal nuisance claims, farm products and the sale of agricultural preservation restrictions.

He has also represented numerous land conservation organizations including The Nature Conservancy, The Trustees of Reservations and the Great Barrington Land Conservancy.

We have prepared all the necessary title documents and title insurance policies for several major corporations on numerous multi-million dollar projects. We have extensive experience preparing title insurance policies to address the particular concerns of the industrial solar industry.
