Ira has represented hundreds of defendants in criminal matters against charges of sexual assault, drug distribution, assault and battery, larceny, counterfeiting and  driving under the influence.  He is a former assistant district attorney in Berkshire County and is committed to providing zealous advocacy for his clients. 

Ira has represented farmers on land use issues, including the sale of agricultural preservation restrictions.  He has also represented numerous land conservation organizations including The Nature Conservancy, The Trustees of Reservations and the Great Barrington Land Conservancy.

Ira has handled numerous complex real estate title and financing projects for industrial solar companies.
